Your reception start time will be based upon the arrival of your first guest. That will be the time that our doors are open, and our banquet room will be completely ready to receive guests.
Your serve time for dinner will be prearranged with our Event Sales Manager. This time will be based upon the arrival of the wedding party. It is important to schedule this time as accurately as possible in order to ensure the highest quality meal for your guests. We will be happy to assist you in making these arrangements
Yes. Shriners Silver Gardens can be made available during the day of your wedding if your ceremony is here on site. Please inquire with our Event Sales Manager.
Certainly! We would love to host your ceremony along with your reception. Our Gazebo and outdoor garden provide a beautiful setting as does the stained glass windows in our Mystic Ballroom. Inquire with our Event Sales Manager about special ceremony arrangements. Additional charges will apply.
Yes. You are welcome to provide your own centerpieces or decorations of any kind, provided that they are in compliance with local fire codes. Candles must be surrounded by glass in a fashion that the flame does not rise above the glass container. Shriners Silver Gardens does prohibit the use of open flame candles. We also ask that you do not use Nails, Tape or Velcro to secure any type of decoration to our facility. The use of fine glitter and confetti are also prohibited.
Shriners Silver Gardens is a beautiful facility appointed with two unique ballrooms and a garden complete with a fountain and pond. You may choose to compliment our round tables with colored linen napkins at no additional charge.
